Remodel of an existing fine arts school campus. Various buildings are remodeled and a new music building is placed on the back of the campus creating a center courtyard for activities. This center courtyard looks down upon a new exterior stage for performances. The courtyard connects and engages the whole campus so that views are achieved from the balconies as well as from the courtyard steps.
